Anamaria is a Romanian actress. Her screen debut was with Sex Traffic, a Channel 4 movie for which she was awarded the British Academy Television Award as the Best Actress. She can fluently speak French, German English, and Romanian. Her father was an actor and her mother was a violinist. In the Mangalia Gala of Young Actors in 2000, she took home the Best Female Actor Award 2000. In 2008 she was named a European Shooting Star' by the European Film Promotion Board.
