Kristen Anne Bell (1980) is an extremely popular American singer and actor. Her birthplace was Huntington Woods and raised there. She is the daughter of Lorelei Frygier and Tom Bell. She is of Polish (mother's) and German (father's), English, Irish and Scottish ancestry. Kristen realized her potential in the entertainment industry in her early years. When she was in 1992, the actress appeared at her first audition. She was successful and got an appearance in Raggedy Ann and Andy. Bell was appointed by her mom as an agent at the age of was just 13 years old. She was then cast for newspaper ads and TV commercials. As well as having private lessons in acting, she launched her career in the year 2000. Bell was on the screen in Polish Wedding (2000) in 1998 in a role that was not credited to her. Bell attended Shrine Catholic High School where she was involved in music and drama club. The Wizard of Oz production at her highschool won Bell the leading Dorothy part. Bell was accepted to New York City for the Tisch School of the Arts for a musical theater course upon graduating. Bell left the university in 2001 and began playing the role of Becky of Tom Sawyer. The same year she appeared in Pootie Tang however, the sequence in which she appeared was cut. This meant that there is only a credit sequence. Bell was in the film with Angela Bettis, Liam Neeson as well as in the Broadway performance of The Crucible in 2002.
